✓ Council members meet regularly and work together to establish a vision and create a plan to achieve their goals for the community;
✓ Members identify and explore ideas and share knowledge on important matters affecting youth and their families;
✓ Members act as advocates for youth in Ottawa, informing the Council of new initiatives and opportunities;
✓ Council members plan, support, and lead events and initiatives that align with the OSEG Foundation mandate.

✓ Make new friends, develop networks within your community, and create connections among the organization and partners;
✓ Opportunities to connect and learn from Ottawa REDBLACKS and Ottawa 67’s athletes, coaching, and front office staff;
